Reception Facilities

1. AI Golf Club - in-house catering only, beautiful facility, rental is $300 up to 50 guests, $400 for 51-99 and $500 for 100 plus. Catering starts at $20 per person (and up), there can be a cash or open bar, and an optional 15' x 15' dance floor is $200. For the Menu Click HERE

2. W. Landing ( at the Plantation ) - Very Nice in/outdoor setting on the water ( creek and marsh), allows out sourced (private) catering, great for large gatherings

3. SaraBay ( at Talbot Island ) - Very Nice in/outdoor very secluded home on the water ( creek and marsh), allows out sourced (private) catering, great for daytime gatherings up to 55. Up to all day for $500, plus $100 deposit/cleaning fee, includes basic chairs and tables.
